Chinese New Year Day is coming

As for my school,students at my grade seldom have holidays because the university entranceexamination is coming!! Every guy is working hard for their dream university, includingme. :) We have schools almost all week and we can have a break on Sunday noonand then we have to return to school before 7pm on that day. It means we canhave several hours off… Even so,I always try to spend time with my family aspossible. Some students stay at the school during the hours while some gooutsides to shopping or return their home.

Our grade aremade up of three part: Class one to class four are for students who learn art(somelearn drawing,somelearn music and some learn to dance),surely,they also studyChinese,Maths,English,Politics,Geography and History.But those students can getto their dream universities with lower scores.That’s why many students chose tolearn art. Class five to Class eight arefor students who study Chinese,Maths,English,Politics,Geography and History.Class nine to Class 12 are for students who studyChinese,Maths,English,Chemistry,Biology and Physics. :) It is complex for you,right? :) What ismore,the majority of students are asked to live in the dorms in our school inorder to get more time to study.And we have about 6 classes in the morning,4classes in the afternoon and three classes at night(but these three ones is forfinishing our homework)



Moreover,students at my grade have many tests or exams every day and we have a formalexam once a month called monthly exam. I just finished them yesterday and now Ihave two days off :)



How was yourChristmas Day? How did people there celebrate it? :P BTW,do you speankSpanish?I ever studied Spanish for one month two years ago,but I forgot many ofthem. :)

When I was alittle girl, I live with my grandparents (on my mum’s side) in a small village.Although it was not that busy as big cities, I loved it very much because weled a peaceful and happy life. On that time, my grandpa had to work in citywhere was far away from the village, so I lived with my(younger and elder) cousins,mygrandma and great-grandma. However, my elder cousin was 4 years older thanme,so she did not like to play with me and even isolated me with other guyswhose ages were around her. Honestly speaking,I felt sad for it ,so I often watchedcartoons on TV alone. Besides,it is said that smokers lead a shorterlife.Well,my great grandma was a smoker and she passed away two years ago.Guess how old she was at that time? 83 years old!! She had a long life:) By the way,I visited my grandparents thismorning and we returned home after a big lunch. I felt very very sad, because Ireally did not wanna leave them. And I don’t even know when I will visit them thenext time. :( I miss them so much….
