Hallo! My name is Andie Cardoza, but you can call me either Andie or Andie-Lynn. I'm 17, in my last year of high school, and fiercely preparing for college. But I'm a little bit of a slacker so I always have time to exchange e-mails and letters with anyone!

I am really super interested in different cultures and countries. I'm actually a little obsessed. I especially LOVE Japan, Ireland, England, and really any Asian country.

What else... I'm very open-minded,​ but I'm also very patriotic. I know there are a lot of negative feelings about my country out there, but please don't bring them here. Thanks. =]

I'm interested in talking to anyone in my age group, really! Both males and females are fine! Any sexual orientation,​ religion, race. I really don't mind.

But if I HAD to choose, I'm REALLY interested in talking to anyone from Europe or Asia. Especially Japan, Ireland, and England. Also, I would really love to use snail mail as opposed to e-mail, but I'm not picky.

I'm in the process of learning Japanese right now, so I would really love to have a Japanese penpal to help me out with the learning process. I'd be happy to help with their English as well!

I am an extremely low beginner in Japanese and Irish, moderately proficient in Spanish, and quite fluent in my native tongue, English.
