Why does everyone writes they're down-to-eart​h, outgoing and genuine, huh? Shall I write the same?

I'm obsessed with the dream of growing a bonsai, if you know what it is. They are so beautiful. But I guess i' ll have to put this dream off till I'm old and have enough time. Another dream is to learn salsa.
No extraordinar​y hobbies, just usual, reading, travelling, bicycling, etc. And cooking. Would be grateful if you send me a recipe of your national cuisine.
