I love being with people, though I also cherish my times alone.

I am romantic, would like to take a walk on a moonlit beach with her, have a candlelight dinner on an island, stare at the stars lying down near a tent and ... I am not really looking for a partner.. "Why write this then?" you ask. Just to tell you what kind of a person I am.

A lot of things catch my fancy. I've been interested in painting, sketching, dancing, spanish, film-making,​ philately...​ a few more. What has stood the test of time is probably my liking for creative writing and photography.​. when I am in the right mood.

I am not a sports buff nor a movie-buff. I watch most movies which make it big or at least get a good review. But not all. My types are adventurous thrillers, romantic comedies and soulful stuff.

I am not a party person. However I have nothing against those who are. I have quite a few good friends amongst night party people.

My mother tongue is Tamil but I can only speak Tamil, not read or write. Hindi comes more naturally to me and I am fluent in English. I know a little French, but not enough to sustain a conversation​.

I know kung-fu, karate and forty seven other dangerous words. :) And this line isn't an original, its copied. :)

I started learning the guitar sometime back. Currently I can only produce noise. However, I have been told that the ensuing silence is as good as music.

I am a mix of conservative​ and modern ideas.

I dream about travelling the world over.

Stuff like Catcher in the Rye, The God of Small Things, Scarlet Pimpernel...​ Recently I've become interested in the works of Leo Tolstoy and Fyodor Dostoevsky (I've only read Anna Karenina, hope to read the others after this one).
