Do you know who the cake boss is? That guy in NJ who does those ginormous decorative oddly shaped cakes? anyways even if you don't know he also has a show called the kitchen boss where he cooks regular food. And his parents apparently were from Italy so he thinks his cooking is all Italian, but I swear a real Italian chef would murder him instantly ahaha
oh also pasta (or rice) with zucchini and prawns is delicious too. :D if you want one of the recipes just tell me :)

well I can bake this awesome chocolate cake which is like orgasmic.
and also any kind of pasta, my favorite is pasta "a la carbonara", it's basically pasta with eggs and bacon. I know it sounds strange but I swear it's delicious and an absolute italian favorite. also simple pasta with tomato sauce and basil, or spaghetti with seafood. or homemade ravioli with ricotta cheese and salmon. and lasagna.
