I understand what you mean, it can be a little hard to know what to talk with someone you really don't know well or even seen in person. Its hard to say exactly what to talk about, because everyone is different. But usually if you can talk about different stuff maybe a topic that both people like comes up or maybe talking about each other interests. Its funny but once you talk and get to know a person the friendship starts to get stronger!
