About Me:
Fighting boredom in a tiny coastal town in beautiful Oregon. ;) Florence is gorgeous, don't get me wrong. But I came here from busy California, where I was born. Though last time I visited California I couldn't wait to get back up here to the slower town life! :D Not to mention to -perfect- weather we have here. I could never go back to living in the heat!
I'm disabled with a chronic pain condition (Telling everyone this saves a ton of stupid questions, believe me. I'd rather have the world see than deal with extra twits), so I have nothing BUT time to play online and stuff. When I'm not playing with my two kitties, that is. :)
I'm a real animal lover... I was brought up raising/showing cats with my mom in CFA (Cat Fancier's Association), which was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I got to go all over the USA showing cats, learned to deliver litters of kittens, how to medicate... everything. It was truly amazing. I could birth kittens by the time I was like... seven. :o
But now I just have my two mutt babies, Puck and Misha. :) Both I rescued by hand from the property we moved from in California. Feral cats always wandered the 13 1/2 acres we had. Lucky for us! We never had a mouse or rat problem. ;)
I'm manic depressive, have OCD and am bipolar, so I think that explains enough. If you don't know what it means look it up! :P
Let's see... what else. Oh! I was raised as a young child in a lot of Armenian culture because of one half of my family (Mom's side) and had the luxury of eating alll that wonderful food. *drools* So I got all the dark hair, eyes and skin from her. My dad is blond and blue-eyed, so it's pretty funny. :D
I'm 5'7 1/2 tall, dark brown hair and VERY dark brown eyes. The docs always complain that they can barely see my pupils. LOL When I was born my parents said my eyes were pitch black with an electric-blue ring around 'em. I -so- wish they'd stayed like that! Would have been coooool. ;)
Anyhow, I've got a typical build. Not overweight, but not starving either. LOL Dark olive skin tone and arms and legs like a monkey. Seriously, they're like a couple inches longer than normal. LMAO

Requests:
I'm -NOT- interested in any messages of a sexual nature, so SAVE IT.
I'm here for friendship only. I am -not- interested in your inane romantic advances!!! Period. You WILL be reported and blocked if you harass me. End of story.
ALSO! I will NOT add you to my friends list without getting to know you first. This saves me LOADS of trouble from people bugging me. ;)
If you haven't read this part? Woe unto joo. ;) I will likely unleash with a fury. Ignorance is just no excuse. Reading only takes a couple brain cells, for criminy sake.

Language Exchange Requests:
Tutoring in Wookie available upon request.
Interests, Hobbies, etc.:
Scientific torture, reading, writing, astronomy, paleontology, archeology, drawing, painting, photography, collecting stickers, gaming, meat hooks, thumb screws, blah blah blah. :p
Favorite Music:
Pink Floyd, Coldplay, Jamiroquai, Gorillaz, Imogen Heap, Aimee Mann, Radiohead, U2, David Bowie, The Police, Elton John... too many more to name. I don't know how they expect you to narrow this down.I also adore classical music. Rachmaninoff, Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, etc... Just wayyyyy too many to list in this little box.
Favorite Movies:
I have a MASSIVE-O DVD collection, so it'd be very hard for me to fit all my favorites in here. ;) But to name just a few... Hannibal, Searching for Bobby Fischer, School of Rock, Anchorman, Grandma's Boy, ALL the Inuyasha movies, ALL the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, Blades of Glory, etc, etc, etc. There are just too many to list and again... not enough space.. ;) I seriously have so many DVDs now that I've lost count!
I don't watch anything gory, save for one single movie (Hannibal). I just can't handle seeing it all anymore... especially if it has anything to do with ghosts or big-eyed aliens doing medical experiments. All these movies (and the commercials FOR them) do is seep into my nightmares and make them even worse. And I have some GORY dreams as it is. So yeah... no thanks. ;)

Favorite TV Shows:
Just to name a few... Inuyasha, Bleach, Blood +, South Park, Home Movies, Dog Whisperer, FLCL, Venture Brothers, Aqua Teen Hunger Force (HELLZ YEAH!), MXC, Wipeout, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Chowder, Lucy: Daughter of the Devil, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Dirty Sexy Money, ... hmm. Lots of stuff on Animal Planet and National Geographic. I love all the nature, space, science shtuffz. :D But anyway, those were just a few off my expansive list.
Favorite Books:
WAY to many to list. All time favorite? Tailchaser's Song. If you're a cat lover, you MUST read this book! ;) I tend to read a lot of science-based stuff, some fantasy and science fiction, a ton of philosophy (anything by Sartre especially!).... guess you never fall out of love with your major. ;) But again, there are too many books to list in this teeny little box!
Favorite Quotes:
"To believe is to know you believe, and to know you believe is not to believe." -Jean-Paul Sartre
