That is a good point, one which many people share
However, again i come back to the American analogy, if Cuba were to fire a few rockets at Miami, and kill a handful of people, would you expect your government to sit there and do nothing? Of course not... Governments need to protect their citizens, no matter if its 100 dead or just 4. (i think its a bit more than that over time anyway)
I still belive that Hamas were the first to end the ceasefire... but firing a couple rockets then officially releasing a statement.
Its never good for civilians to die, but i highly doubt the Hamas reports, and i highly doubt that all of them were civilians in the true sense.
The Jews are a people who have been opressed for hundreds and hundreds of years, and suffered discrimination in almost every part of the world... they need to stand up for themselves as they are now. Just like the 6 day war... they have had to fight for everything they have, and everyone wants to take it away from them... i respect them for that.
Yea i lived in Phili.... great city. Oooo you should one day, there is a lot of important american history in there, like the room where they signed the deceleration of independence and stuff

thanks alot same to you.usually on new yrs eve ppl gather in the downtown of beirut to celebrate, but no one celebrated this year, you know,we can't celebrate & our neighbors in Gaza are suffering.
i hope this year will be better, every new year we hope this, but i wish this time it will come true.
it's cold here & sometimes rainy, but it only snows in the mountains.
how is it there? how are you spending vacation?

Ah cool :D
Yea i heard... but i must say that i support Israel. If rockets were being fired into your city every once an a while from like, Canada or something, you would expect your government to do something about it... so Israel should have that same right. Also, Hamas ended the cease-fire anyway, so they kind of asked for it.
Im a really political kind of person haha, but thats just my opinion on the whole deal. Its a shame the extremists hide in among the civilians though, pretty gutless.

Hey, sorry for the late reply, i've been heaps busy.
Aww damn... hopefully it will snow for Christmas though :)
Omg i loved that city... it is amazing. You should check out Arlington one day... it is chilling... i think every American should go there at least once, to realise what people have sacrificed for their country (and others too).
I was in the US for 3 weeks, but i lived there a while ago for about 4 years... it was good to be back... it still feels like home.
I probably wont visit again for some time though, as i just went and my next plan is to go to Europe... but i will go again one day :D
Virginia is nice! It has a lot of history and stuff... much more interesting than some of those states in the middle of no-where xD

And thanks! (About the photos) Yea i took those when i saw in the US last year... best time of my life. Have you ever been to Arlington/Washington?
