About Me:
Hi I'm a single parent proud father of two children aged 21 and 18. Spent the last 15 years raising them on my own, so had a pretty restricted social life. Finally starting to to find time to do things for myself, but finding it difficult to get out out there and socialise again. Perhaps I've too use to my own company over the years. Recently retired on ill health grounds after 25 years working in education and social services.

It's a mad mad mad mad world, Citizen Cane, Bringing up Baby, Some Like it Hot, A Better Tomorrow, Hard Boiled, The Godfather and Alien series.

Bones, House, C.S.I., Costume dramas, comedies, nature and current affair programmes.

All time favourite is Moby Dick. Also the Ian Rankin `Rebus' novels, Albert Camus, Franz Kafka, Russian literature and modern literature.

im good, mostly. i don't go bacck to school until september 2. so i have time. my summer's been pretty good, i havn't done anything spectacular. hmmmm...music...have you listened to 'godspeed you black emperor'? i think they started in the '90's and they're pretty popular these days. but if you havn't listened, i think you should. there aren't any vocals though.

Hello Mark... I feel terribly guilty for not writing in ages :o(!!! How are you?? I hope you feel better than last time you wrote to me. I am so so today, a little headache (because of too much sun). I have had some stressy time lately, which I really disliked. But now I feel a bit better again. How are things over there?? Any exciting news??? How's Jake? This past weekend was a good one and next weekend I already have plans so looks as if I shall not die in the next week of boredom ! I've joined some new groups --- hopefully I will go through actually going to them .
My MOM is now dead set that she and I are going to Ireland>>>> for two weeks together ! OHHHHHH BOYYYYYYYYYY .
