Hi everyone! My name's Tom and I live in the (not so) sunny seaside town of Blackpool, England. It's in the north west of my country, near places such as Lancaster, Manchester and Liverpool. I'm basically on here to meet people on here with similar interests. Sorry everyone, but I'm terrible at other languages, I got a D in GCSE french and cannot remember anything I supposedly learnt of german. However of course, I don't have a problem with talking to people who only speak english as a second language, as long as we can have a good conversation​ that's all that matters I think :).

Really I'd prefer not to use snail mail, mainly because my hand writing is terrible, and you'd probably be asking me what words said in follow up emails anyway :P


My interests are mainly Computers, Gaming, Photography (Tell me what camera you use if you share this interest too ^^), cycling, and of course music plays a big part in my life.

Just anyone from anywhere, however  I'd prefer to talk to people around the age of 16 - 19.

I play loaads of games, Valve being my favourite developer, I can't get enough of Team Fortress 2. While there is a PS3 and Wii among others in my house, I prefer playing all my games on my PC, as it's all mine :D And I have a pretty speedy graphics card and widescreen 20 inch monitor which helps :D However, if there's any online game you have and fancy a game with me, message me, and I'll tell you if I have it :). I've been playing Mario Kart Wii today, I'd love to get some friends on there to have regular races :D. My all time favourite game has to be the somewhat unheard of Panzer Dragoon Saga. It's a RPG/Adventur​e game. Unlike Final Fantasy, the fight system is not quite turn based, and you have to position your dragon in the right spot to avoid the most damaging attacks, and the game has other intricacies too :) Sadly the only sequel there is was on the xbox and wasn't an RPG :( But it's still a good game and has an  awesome soundtrack, just like Saga, so not all is lost ^^

I've also recently started to enjoy photography,​ however I haven't taken many pictures lately, somewhat lacking inspiration.​.. My gallery is Boopop.devia​ntart.com . Hope you all like it!

I cycled 25 miles for the first time a few days ago, left me a bit worn out, but I was glad I did it. I love just cycling down the promenade, looking out to sea, listening to one of my favourite radio stations such as BBC Radio 2 or The Arrow : All Rock Radio.

I'm a MASSIVE fan of classic rock music. I indulge in such greats as Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Police, Van Halen and Rush. Of course, this isn't an exaustive list ^^ I also am a fan of folk (traditional​) music, the faster the tempo the better for me, nothing like a good jig :P My two favourite folk artists are Mise and Andy Mckee. I have a retro Zen Xtra 30GB mp3 player that is bursting full of music, and a nifty little Bush DAB (digital) radio that lets me listen to those radio stations I mentioned among many others :D.
