My name is Patricia and I’m from Switzerland. I live near Basel, a city near the boarder to Germany. My native language is German but I speak English and a little French too...
Lot's of people think I'm a shy and quiet girl but actually I'm pretty outgoing. I just don't like to boast about everything that happened, I rather like to listen to what others say, tell and think. I'm a person of ambition and optimism and not someone who always sulks about everything. I always see the obstacles in my life as a way to learn. :)
I'm also against prejudice because I do not like people who judge bad about others just because they look and think different or have an other way of living.
My greatest hobby is photography and photomanipulation. I love to work with photoshop and my graphic-tablet. I also like to read books and manga and I like to watch animes and movies with friends. In winter I often go to the alps for skiing and snowboarding.

I really got to like the Asian part of the world, because it is so very different from my culture. I love the languages and especially the food. Now I would like to get to know someone from Asia who can tell me a lot about their every day life, the culture and to exchange little things. It would be nice to correspondent with letters, but I would also appreciate e-mail, so I could send you messages all the time. It would even allow me to send you a lot of pictures and even some videos, because I would love to show you my life and culture with something you can actually see. :)
I'd also like to get to know some people from France, USA, UK and Germany who got the same interests that I have.

Patricia,I decided to write for you with purpose of friendship, so we can to begin Snail Mail,letters, exchange. I love to write letters little or long and simple postcards, therefore, I find more personal, with feeling, same that slow,but, is wonderful the expectation of arrive of the letter until my hands.
I'd like to know more about you,your life,family,friends, country and projects to future,through of the letters(snail mail). I am brazilian single girl, friend and little shy... I like to travel,to study, to sing, translation languages, sports,nature...know about other culture. I live with my family in the South of the Brazil, good place. Now, I have to study odontology(dentistry) in the University, so many disciplines and exams, subjects and things to learn and make. Besides, learning english language at particular school twice week.
So, sorry my errors, I still learning , next time to write better, I hope. so, I looking to receive and to send letters/postcards, but some emails , are welcome, I prefer snail mail.
