What type of cuisine do you specialize in and what are your favorite foods? I love Italian and Thai. I don't like bear and am not a fan of catfish. Best thing ever is trout and fresh garden vegetables or if I have the time, Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce. I used to spend some time collecting berries in the woods to make salad and breads when I was still living in Alaska. Don't cook much anymore, but do experiment whenever I can.
