Well... I live in Viana do Castelo that is one of the most peacefull citys of portugal :D It's very beautiful. Portugal has great things, it has the beauty that is lovely, portugal has great sea sights and montain places too. The north portugal (is where I live) has lots of moutains and rivers and is very green and has beautiful citys and histrorical places with lots of monuments too. The south has less moutains, and less rivers, is kind planicie. But is very beautiful and the beaches are great! The center is a mix of every thing :b Portugal has great food (nhami :b~~) and the schools are fine too. And the people is very receptive (: but it has problems too like beeing one f the most retarded countrys of europe, the politicians are a bit nuts, and the catholical church still controles the older minds... So questions of homossexuali​ty, aborting, etc, are a bit tabu for some people. In my case it isn´t 'cause my education has been very liberal (:
