i'm at a point where i am finally coming out of my shell!  i'm happy with who i am and where i am in my life, but that does not mean that i will always have a desire to make things better!  i am a girlie-girl.​­..my favorite colors used to be black and teal, now it is PINK!!!  i try to make the most out of everything because you never know where life will lead you.

i have been penpalling for 20 years (WOW!), and i have to say that i don't think i could ever give it up!  i love writing long, chatty letters, listening to other people's lives, learning about their culture, asking questions, digging deeper into their soul to get to know them the best i can!  i am a good listener and loyal friend.  i do not like gossipping or backstabbing​­!  once the friendship bond is secured, we'll be friends for life!

i have a degree in psychology and a masters in teaching.  i'm an elementary school teacher and have been doing that for 3 years.  i teach first grade and absolutely love what i do!  it is so awesome to make a difference in these children's lives, to help give them the building blocks to further their education as well as helping them to grow socially!

i have a wonderful boyfriend named carl.  we have been together for over a year.  i live by myself with my crazy kitten, daisy!  ​
