They make chocolate for diabetics. It's actually pretty good.

Maybe I'll look at Amazon. It's been 4 years since I last had chocolate.

Maybe try Amazon for the Atkins PB cups.

Wow, you really changed your eating habits for better. I'm sure it wasn't easy for you. You should be so proud of yourself.

I've been on my zero carb diet for about 4 years.
I used to eat Twinkies and ding dongs like a madman. Then wash it down with
mountain dew or Dr pepper. About 4 years ago the doc gave me type 2 diabetes.
I take a pill for it and watch my diet. No sugar, bread, noodles or potatoes.
These things turn to sugar in your body. I eat nothing processed. I eat meat, vegetables and fresh fruit.

That's a workout for sure and major. Nothing wrong with that.
Walking is great. I love that. If I can't walk outside I use my treadmill so I'm covered either way.
Have you been on your zero carb diet for a long time?

I always hated working out. I would get physical jobs like unloading trucks.
I get a workout AND get paid for it. Do alot of walking too.
So non traditional exercise for me........plus I am on a zero carb diet.

This is true, we are. I'm like you. I never get sick but for me, I juice daily, take vitamins and workout 5 or 6 days a week. I also drink as much watch as I can.

I'm good with the paper. I overbuy every month so I am set and avoided all that panic. : )
I eat outrageous amounts of garlic. I never get sick. The last time I had a cold it was only sniffles that lasted a day.....but we're both in the high risk age groups.....stay safe.
