Be careful not to procrastinate too long or you will be caught doing all the work in a very short time and it will show in the final product.
Unfortunately, still no news on the house selling. The couple who were looking at it did not get the job promotion so they will not be moving to town and are not going to be buying the house. That was the only actual potential buyer I have had on this house. The housing market is so bad right now people are almost giving their house away if someone will take over their payments for them. I only hope my house will eventually sell.
Not much news going on here, just getting ready for another Christmas in Oklahoma!! Was in hopes that I would be in the Czech Republic so I could experience the customs and traditions there this year but we know how that is working out :(

I am still waiting to see if this man gets his job promotion - that will determine if this couple buy the house or not. Should find out any day now.
I have met a man from the Czech Republic, his name is Josef, and he is looking for a house that he thinks I might be interested in. I will make arrangements to visit the CR in January regardless if this house sells or not - if it sells it will be a move and not a visit. I will search a few properties and if I like one I will put a down payment on it.
Keep good thoughts for a sale of this house please!!!

I did not realize you were waiting on me to send a message. I thought you were busy with studies so I was just waiting until you had free time.
How are things going for you? Hope all is well.
I still have not sold my house but do have a couple who are interested in it if he can get hired for this new job he applied for. I should know something at the end of November or early December. He and his wife own the house across the street from me but they have it rented under contract for the next year. If he gets hired as the new Chief of Police in this town he will need a place to live. Since my house is directly across the street from his he can live in one and rent the other and know the rental is not being destroyed by the renter.
Keep good thoughts that soon I sell this house and can move to the Czech Republic soon, please.

Hello my dear friend. Welcome back to Interpals. I missed our conversations.
What have you been doing since you were away?
I hope you and your family are well.
I am still in the US but had a suprise visit Sunday, the couple who own the house across the street came over and is interested in buying my house because they are afraid whom I might sell this house to or worse yet, rent the house. If they buy it they can control who moves into the neighborhood so I am hopeful they will buy it very soon.
I have decided that I will try to buy a house in one of the smaller villages on the outter edges around Brno. I had a visitor last August who is from Brno and we had a very nice visit and I think I would be much happier with the social activities in or around Brno.
