I am a 20 year old student at the University of Alabama majoring in geology/biol​ogy (to set up for paleontology​). I'm also a member of the band and of Sigma Alpha Iota (women's music "fraternity"​). As soon as I graduate, I'm planning on moving out west to either Arizona or Montana (I know, two very different places)...I can't wait. I have two things in my life that are very important to me - the first is nature. I am in love with the outdoors and will never miss out on an opportunity to explore a new place.     Taking care of the world around us is very important to me.
The second thing that is very important is eating disorder recovery. I've been struggling through it for a while now and it's a very difficult process that causes you to challenge yourself more each day. I do believe that with every step I take I am getting stronger and happier.

I am really looking for friends who are not much older or younger than me - I would say from 15-25 - although exceptions might be made.
The continents that I am most interested in are Australia, Asia (especially Japan, India, China, and the Phillipines)​, South America, and Africa, though I do have a certain affinity for several places in Europe also (Germany, France, & Sweden). In the states, I am very interested from talking to people out west, particularly​ in Arizona, Wyoming, California, South Dakota, and Montana.
