Jā. it is:) Last week the whole country was singing and dancing, the top event was in Riga, every 5th person was singing, if you would have been in that time in Riga you could meet in every bus /tram some choir singers in folk dress. Even you would see and hear people (normal Latvians as well:)) singing on the buses:0. The festivity was closed by concert in  an open air concert hall, after the official partthat ended at 24.00 the choirs and audience were singing together until 5"o clock in the morning. Very positive energy.
