i've tried reading. so far i've had 3 books which i've read almost to the halfway point, and then they've gone back on the shelves, never to be touched again. heh...i actually still have some books that friends have given me for birthdays and some of them are still in their shrink wraps. i just don't do well with the no-pictures bit...haha...i've actually been debating putting some of them up on ebay but i feel bad...
interestingly though, i find that i can actually sustain my interest when i'm reading chinese books. i'm thinking of starting to read some french books too. i like the way stuff is described, and i'm kinda inspired by notre dame de paris.
south carolina eh? i was briefly in north carolina a couple of months ago. should have driven further down, i guess.
