My friend, don't worry, just find out what is your true interest and focus on that. Hmm MD or PhD. I think if possible, choose PhD, it would be harder but more fun :-) Also, there are too many master degree owners now :-)

Yeah about girls. Basically the central European girls are very beautiful :-) And there so so many beautiful and nice girls, but they like a man who is more strong and ready for career. This you win a lot of people. For example, me. I'm a medical doctor, yes, but I'm fat, and I don't look handsome and sometime I'm childish. So no Czech girls or other girls find me sexy or anything. So, as this point of view, I'm a failure and you win me a lot :-) Never ever look down your own adventage. You will find soon lots of nice girls, you need to pick one who will treat you nicely and all will be good :-) But about what will you study, don't worry, you still have time, you are only 24 and I'm 30. You are at your best time to choose the direction, take your time, make it right, you are a winner at the beginning already :-) Cheers! :-)
