Hi there, my name is Lara.

I live in Canada, which just so happens to be a beautiful country. I love travelling, although I am terrified of planes (I have watched too many films involving plane crashes).  I would like to go on a road-trip or a train- trip, but the complication​s of life are sort of preventing me, but I will do it, do you want to accompany me? Ha.
I  think I can say that I have a good sense of humour and a somewhat nice personality.​..

I joined up to meet people from all around and to help educate myself about our world, instead of being completely ignorant.

I am planning on going on a(n) high school exchange this year, for approximatel​y 6 months, maybe longer, to france. I am rather excited, actually. Although I would like to improve my french before I wander over there, so if you could help me, that'd be great.

Anybody who could help me with my french?

I like a lot of things. hmm, but I'd have to say boys are my favourite though. lol

To tell you the truth, I kind of like to do everything and learn about different things. I'm pretty open minded when it comes to interests.

I am interested in sports and ATTEMPT to play them.
I love to dance, but I always seem to get injured at the most inopportune moments (i.e. on performance days), ugh, it's rather annoying.


I usually go through 'phases' where I'll be extremely interested in a certain hobby and then 2 months later, I'll move on to another So, if you really would like to know what I am interested in, at the moment, then just ask.



I actually, just learned how to properly play chess! So, now I am pretty excitedd. All I can do is play, play, lose and play :)
