I am here... because I am tired of the generic "how R U?" response in normal internet chat forms.
I am here... because I am interested in actually communicatin​g with other people, not their personas.
I am here... because I love languages.
I am here... because I love writing.
I am here... because I want to try something different!

I am looking for people that actually are interested in the same things I am, interested in getting to know me, interested in sharing things, FRIENDly things!  I am not looking for love, or a relationship​, but if it would hit me in the head, I might take notice.  I want more friends, from anywhere!
But I am picky, I wont indulge anyone who I don't see myself being able to actually talk to.  I don't care what you look like, I don't care what gender you are and I don't care if you smell funny :p  I do live on an island very, very far away from most places ;o)
I do care about what you say and I do care about the sort of person you are ;o) 

I would love to get back into snail mail, but also open to language exchange and emailing.

But I am a fan of fantasy literature mostly, with a cup of trashy romance novels, a dash of John Steinbeck and a spoonfull of Jean M. Auel.

Trouble about quotes is that there's always someone else that said it first.
I believe in coming up with your own lines ;)
But I acknowledge good quotes when I see them!
