Which region you want to go in japan?

For example, west region has city of Kyoto which is famous for old temples and traditional buildings, and Tokyo is famous for a broad cast antenna called the sky tree tower. If you like natural landscape, Oume in the west of tokyo or Hokkaido in summer would be great.

I think that is because most people in Japan are introverted-sensing-judging types, but I am rather more of introverted-intuitiive-judging type.

Japanese people normally likes traditions, but for me I prefer more of abstract ideas and new ideas.

I dont know much about estonia, except for famous hackers, tell me more about estonia if you can.

what got you interested in Japan? (I am not type of person to travel due to my introversion.)

I think the best place to visit in Japan would be first the tokyo area, osaka area and then prolly somewhere in kyushu for cultural places.
