Hi I am Mandy... I am 18 years old even though I look younger. I grew up in Germany at Ramstein AFB.. yes I am American. I was in Germany for 13 years. I am currently in Virginia. I graduated High School in early June! Then I will be going to Radford University in the fall. I am studying to be a history teacher. I dont like the states as much as I did germany mostly because the food and traveling. I am starting college so not too much time on my hands but i balance it out soon.

I am up for meeting anyone but mainly from Germany since that it where I am orignally from  and people from france so i can practice my French. I want to talk to people around my age preferably NO ONE OVER 21 please
