Hi Angela,
Nice to meet you. I live in a small but growing town in Western Washington state, about an hour north of Seattle, Washington. I understand what you mean by Sao Paulo being stressed with big city problems.  My town is growing rapidly and is starting to feel the growing pains. Gangs and drugs are showing up. I don't live too far from the Canadian border so a lot of drug trafficing comes from there. I have three daughters,  twins that are 18 years old and have just graduated from high school and one daughter that will be in her second year of high school next fall. She is 15 years old. They the joy of my life. I am very proud of them. They are wonderful daughters. However, they live with their father, so I don't see them as much as I would like to.
