I just love the music of these artists who blend the Indian tunes with western beats to create some exotic amalgamation​ of world music. I wasn't very fond of Pink Floyd until Sucheta ( our common friend on interpals) suggested me some good music by them. She completely loves the track called High Hopes. All I can say is that some of he music by Pink Floyd has managed to make it to my itunes library and it's not really easy for any song to do that.

Do you  know Hindi or some other Indian language?
Oh yeah I completely forgot about Anoushka Shnakar. She is the daughter of Pt. Ravi Shankar who is an acclaimed Sitar player. His daughter also plays sitar and has also composed music with Karsh Kale for few albums. These guys gave music for this amazing song called Sea Dreamer sung by Sting. It is advisable that you close you lights and eyes before listening to this song. It's like some symphony by Mozart. Absolutely master-piece​.

Yeah, we are just a company of four people as of now. Life is hectic at both sides of ocean I believe.

Thanks for making me aware about Form 6. I think the educational system is in contrast with what prevails here because minorities and backward castes receive priority over the majority Hindus in India. We have some reservation policy for the weaker sections of society which takes away quite a chunk of the seats in universities​.   For example I am studying in a Muslim University where almost 50 % seats are reserved for backward castes and Muslims.

Studies aside, what kind of music do you listen? I expect that you are very fond of Pink Floyd and I saw one of their video on your blog as well. Have you listened to Karsh Kale, Anoushka Shankar and Nitin Sawhney?
