I’m  31 years old, living near Auckland in New Zealand.   Work possibly takes up most of the time in my life, if it actually doesn’t, maybe it just feels that way?  I work for a boat designer, we take radicle and unusual ideas and combine them with people’s dreams and try to mould them into something practical.  It’s a challenge, and incredibly enjoyable, even the bad bits. I'm a fairly honest and open minded person, with a respect for others, although, that doesn't mean I like or agree with everything out there, but I can live with it.

I guess often there’s not that much exciting happening around here, so the odd email might be explaining just that, but I do like hearing and talking about the subtle and also vast differences between places around the world, political, environmenta​l, or just what you get up to on your birthday.

Walking, either just round the block or into the mountains. Reading, mostly true life or historical books. Driving, jet boats, home movies, music, writing.

Classic/main​stream rock, with some jazz and funk thrown in:  U2, Genesis, Dire Straits, Steppinwolf,​ Brand X, Mother Earth, Blood Sweat and Tears...

New favourite, a collection of mountain footage from various hiking trips...

Lots of them, all at once as I continually changes channels.  Or possibly none, as there's only ever two programs on these days, reality tv or crime scene drama.  Although, I do like the British series Midsomer Murders.

Favourite Author would be Mark Bowden, favourite book...??  Bill Bryson, A Short History of Nearly Everything.
