About Me:
It's very hard for me to describe myself. Sometimes I'm lazy and wasting time is all I want to do, but I'm still addicted to running and exercising and I work out every day.
I don't think I'm a girly girl. I'm pretty tough, at least mentally, and I love spending time outdoors working here at our farm. But I still like to wear make up, I like nice jewellry and clothes.
I live in the countryside and I love it, but sometimes I need to spend time in a city (and that would be Helsinki because it's the closest "real" city).
I'm very impatient and I hate waiting, but I have long-term plans and projects.
So what does that tell about me? Maybe nothing, maybe everything. It's up to you to find out the rest.
I know some people find it disturbing that I don't have my picture here. It's simply because it would make me feel very uncomfortable if random people could see what I look like. Besides, my inbox would be overloaded with "hi pretty girl" messages from creepy strangers.
People often ask about my username so let's explain what I had on my mind when I came up with it.
Nordic has a geographical meaning, it's that simple. I wanted to indicate that I'm from Finland, one of the Nordic countries, and this is where my heart and soul belong to.
Fantasy stands for the mysterious and fascinating elements of Finnish culture and the Northern region. Finnish nature and landscape, winter darkness and nightless nights in summer, mythology and the mentality of Finnish people - that often creates interest towards about this little country far in the north and makes it something special, something unique and fascinating.
These are the things I wanted to feature, I know some of you have a vivid imagination and you had something else in your mind. Without going to details, I'm sorry to tell you that those impressions are wrong.

I really enjoy snail mail, but currently I'm mainly looking for email pals. Anyone nice who enjoys good conversation is welcome. I'm open minded and I can talk about anything. It would be nice if you would keep in touch regularly and not stop writing after one or two emails.

Interests, Hobbies, etc.:
My horses. I've got 2 horses of my own and for me working with them is the most important thing in the world.
Animals. I have 5 cats, a wild cat that I tamed and her 4 kittens born on June 1. They cause a lot of disorder and they are very demanding, but they are really cute and I'm happy to have them around.
Reading. One of the best and most meaningful ways to waste time.
Writing, especially letters and emails. I suppose it's quite obvious as I'm on this site.
Collecting things I don't need. My main interest is postcards (old ones, I'm sure you could tell that from my profile picture). It takes a huge part of my time, not to mention my money, so that's another thing that proves I'm a little bit crazy. Again, it makes me happy so I'm proud to be silly.
Running and working out. I love jogging because I get to be outdoors, by myself in the nature. Now in the winter it's too cold to go jogging, so I do my best to exercise indoors and keep fit.
Photography. Something I haven't really done lately, I blame lack of time and motivation.
