About Me:

Hello everyone
How are you right now? I hope you are feeling better then ever.

My name is Dario and there are so many things I can say about me…so I’m starting to tell you what I consider the main features of my being…

I’m just someone receptive to new and different ideas or the opinions of others.
Nonjudgmental open-minded enough to understand that other people have different points of view, different needs and that in their worldview, they may be correct. For many issues, there is no absolute truth.
Introspective, humble, patient, being secure in who I am, having a reflective nature…

To judge is to separate.
To judge is to hurt yourself.
To judge is to strengthen the ego.
To see things as they really are is the vision of the awakened one.
Treat others how you want to be treated
Judge others and you shalll be judged
Practice non –judgement  (Try to do this, and tell me what you found)

The logical reasoning behind non-judgement:
As soon as you judge someone you are saying that you are better or worse that that person / thing. You are saying something is good or bad.
You are analyzing somebody / something based on your conditioned values and beliefs. You are assuming you are right.
After all you could be wrong (and often are).
Just say to yourself that that person is on their own path / journey.
Likewise it follows that if somebody judges you, you should not get upset / angry / emotional / aggressive. Don't worry what they think. They have a different personality / view point now. They could be wrong. However they could be right so treat them with respect but don't get ego involved.
Lose the need for approval of others; lose the ego, the false self image.

Use discernment instead of judgement.

Don't judge others, sort yourself out!!

Feel free to say anything…or not

Be yourself, be always yourself no matter what.
Enjoy the moment
Peace

Favorite Quotes:

-Life has no meaning and, is nothing more than a big illusion !

-What is the reality beyond concepts?

-Everything is made of a stuff called Impermanence.

-There are no absolute truths

-we have to loose ourselves to find ourselves

-Or do you feel this moment or you aren't feeling nothing!

-A sentence written on a wall can change your life.

-If something is missing in your life don't worry, soon or later this will be part of the past, If you have everything in your life, enjoy yourself, but don't forget, soon or later this will be part of the past too.

-A human being is part of a whole, called by us the ‘Universe,’ a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest—a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.
ALBERT EINSTEIN

-Two people have been living in you all your life. One is the ego, garrulous, demanding, hysterical, calculating; the other is the hidden spiritual being, whose still voice of wisdom you have only rarely heard or attended to. As you listen more and more to the teachings, contemplate them, and integrate them into your life, your inner voice, your innate wisdom of discernment, what we call in Buddhism “discriminating awareness,” is awakened and strengthened, and you begin to distinguish between its guidance and the various clamorous and enthralling voices of ego. The memory of your real nature, with all its splendor and confidence, begins to return to you.
You will find, in fact, that you have uncovered in yourself your own wise guide, and as the voice of your wise guide, or discriminating awareness, grows stronger and clearer, you will start to distinguish between its truth and the various deceptions of the ego, and you will be able to listen to it with discernment and confidence.
