sorry i couldnt reply u earlier...ho​­w was ur new years day ?
as for me my new year was ok. i was just watchin TV. unfortunatel​­y my mom caught a cold too bad. i was awake with my brother till 2:30am on 1st Jan. during winter break i watched "Gokusen","Rookies"​­ and "Koizora"​­. these were so good drama and movie.

well on 1st Jan morning in japan we eat special dish called Zoni (rice cakes boiled with vegetables) which is served as well as Osechi.(--->​­ i added pics of Osechi which we ate.) i dont like Osechi but i like Zoni. during holiday i ate too much ice cream instead of meal :P haha. i had an unbalanced diet. luckily i got a lots money for handsel (new years gift). is there custom of giving money at new years day like japan over there ?

well today i went to library in Kawaguchi city. i have to write essay about Germany and hand in University by 2nd March.

a whole month !? wow it must be expensive !!

we dont have janitors in our school because of mine is public school. too bad. actually i dont know why we have to clean up school ^^;

yes i have to wait june. how long are u gonna stay in japan btw ?

today i went to canteen for lunch with my friends again. however it was crowded so we failed to eat omlet containing fried rice. we shared ramen, donut, french fries and cheese puffs :P  it was last lunch before graduation ceremony. u know our winter vacation is from tomorrow to 7th January. but unfortunatel​y i have no plans. i was planning to work during winter holiday but i dont have a job right now. maybe im gonna organize something with friends :)
btw did u know in japan all students must clean up their classroom, restroom, corridor...e​tc after school everyday ? its so boring thing but we have to. students who are in charge of classroom they decide one student who takes out the garbage by rock-paper-s​cissors lol sometimes i used to skip cleaning cos it was troublesome task :P

i consider that thesedays my English skill has been declining. coz i dont speak English but japanese ? >.< i need practice speaking with native speaker.

well i told my mom about job yesterday, fortunately she wasnt angry at me :)
as i told u i worked at Italian restaurant last Saturday(20t​h) but i couldnt but quit it again. im unhappy :( when i was interviewd for job on 14th the boss he said to me ok to work at kitchen and first he'll teach me how to make salad, gradually i'll improve my skill. after interview he said "i'll call u so as to determine about date and time by 16th." but he didnt ring me up so i telephoned him on 18th. he said "can u come here tomorrow at 10:30am ? " but i had school so i asked saturday(20t​h) is ok ? he said yes. i already  thought he was impolite person at that time.
u know i applied for job at Kitchen but i was made to be Waitress. i didnt wanna do that but i did reluctantly.​ on that day i went there on time however unbelieveabl​y he wasnt there. i was waiting for a long time. actually i got mad at him. 40min later...can u guess what happened there ? he showed up with a man. a man took an interview. i couldnt believe it. as he (boss) saw me he said Good morning with a smile. he didnt apologized for having kept me for a long time. finally one of my superiors (a girl 20years old) gave me uniform and showed locker room.
my boss insisted predominance​ of men over women, i mean he didnt want me to cook food cos im a woman. looking back on Saturday there were only men to cook food there. i think its not fair. i was depressed then. i worked as waitress tho it was not fun. i didnt know about details like how to serve meal...but my seniors were just sore at me. i wanted them to teach me about it. what was worse there's an uneasy atomosphere,​ the boss's story doesnt agree with what i've heard before, i felt like be deceived. i fully realize that working is terribly tough. actually im afraid of getting a job right now. but unless i work hard my dream of studying abroad to US wont come true. i dont know what should i do. my friends they said working is interesting
