wow, kite runner, a thousand splendid suns, mael duin. it's a really old story. i fall into the short story like an old memory, but i really love the way it injects the culture of the celts and the peoples of the time and area. straight into that little movie film that roles through your head. you know the one that shows up in your mind, only when the book is so good, you can day dream and read at the same time. continually adding to this memory called a book.
