Yeah, I just love it. music is my life. I was always this loner kid who had friends from different groups, but I didn't fit in any group so I traveling (not much when I was younger), but concerts were what made me and made me realize that I was okay being more of a loner cause even now, if my friends don't want to go to a show and I do, I just go solo. I totally don't care. lol. I really don't have a lot in common with most of my friends because we are different stages in our lives. And yeah, music has gotten me through some really rough times, death, breakups, fears, etc. Or just put me in a much happier mood.

Life is just crazy. I have no idea what is going to happen. I just live it as it goes. My life is up in the air and an open book. I want to make okay money because I want to travel, but I am a simple person. It doesn't take much to make me happy.

I bet Saratoga is weird when no one is really around. Now I'm hearing the Specials in my head with Ghost Town. haha.
it's okay if you can't write as often. Some days i don't feel like writing or I don't have anything to say. I know how it goes.
Hope you had a nice weekend :)

I am such a concert dork! I am always going. We don't get huge bands since this is Vermont, and who comes here? But we seem to get some decent shows. I really like ska a lot and Less Than Jake will be here on the 29th. Yay! I haven't seen then in a couple years. I have an entire scrapbook that I started when I was 15 or 16 and I have every tix from every show I have been to with a photo from a magazine, yes I am a dork! I love it though. I still add stuff to it. I just got a mag that has Nas in cause he was just here in July. It was kind of funny driving to the hopsital the next morning and there is Nas's tourbus at the Holiday Inn. heh. It was just funny.

That's really sad that some of your friends have taken that route. It's nice that they have a friend like you to talk to. Some people are so caught up in their own lives that they forget or miss the signs friends are putting out there.

No plans for new travels yet. I can't really go anywhere for a while. lol........I just was gone almost three weeks, but I'd like to plan something for a while from now...late next year.........summer...we'lll see. What about you? What do you think of Saratoga?

Well, I can say I kissed it, and I am still disease free!! lol. Yeah, I'm a total germ a phobe....I'm way worse than I used to be and my friends can't believe I kissed it, but I would do it again. I mean I don't know if people really pee on it, but so many people kiss it.that's gross too. But I don't know. I guess it's just one of those things. You can't go to Blarney and not kiss it I guess. I just wish it didn't rain so much over there.

It's amazing how many people OD whether intentional or not.  It's really sad. I can't imagine something being so bad in life that you can't find a way out. It's like people who get broken hearts...hmm I've had my share and my first was horrible. I felt like I had died, but eventually the pain goes away and you can move on. It's too bad some poeple give up before they get a chane to know that it happens and you can get through it. it's also weird when it's someone you know. But I'm a social work major........so I guess that's why I rambled away on that.

Music is my life. I love shows and seeing bands. Yeah I really like SOAD. It all depends on what kind of mood I am in. I like so many bands. I used to only like one type like in high school and it was boring. There is nothing wrong with expanding your musical interests. I check out random bands from time to time to. I like a lot of the bands and stuff you have listed. I just saw the Roots a few months ago too. I love The Seed. heh. love it! You probably get some decent shows in Albany. I think your town gets some. Burlington doesn't get too much. Matisyahu is playing here so I'm going to buy a tix for that. There a few songs I don't really like, but they ones I do like, I love!

Sorry for posting a book :) I should send you an actual message because I take up the entire page. lol.
Have a good night.

This is just a quick note, I have to go to work.......

But umm I think you have done a lot of traveling lol!!! I'd LOVE to go to Dracula's castle. How cool would that be?? Have you ever watched Ghosthunters? heh, they went there...oh well International ghosthunters. Yeah, I love paranormal stuff.

Ireland was amazing. I'm half Irish so I have always wanted to go there. I fit right in lol. I don't have red hair or an accent, but I have green/blue eyes and freckles. lol......light freckles...hah..
and have natural reddish highlights...so yeah, people even on here have asked me if I am Irish or British..lol. But yeah, Blarney stone. I kissed it. This little old man holds your legs and you bend over backwards and it's really just a slab of the castle wall. It's kind of black and gross...haha....and then after you kiss it you hear how locals go and pee on it...yuck! It wouldn't really surprise me.
I have biological family in Sligo, so I hope to meet them someday..not sure if they know about me, but either way, I'm heading back there someday.

Okay, I love how I wrote a quick messgae...I'm not goog at that, but I can type kind of fast.

Yes, it can be a fun read at work.my coworker and I (who work on ED) can be heard laughing  a lot through the day :) A lot of tickets are boring losts of stomach pain, vomiting, but there are tons of overdoses...and 12 year olds which is sad. 12? but foreign bodies are great. sometimes they give someone  a CT scan and something odd shows up...hah...whoops...hehe.

Well if you ever need a third wheel to travel with!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol..
You really are lucky you have someone to travel with. My sis is married and my brother is 11. lol....so I'm pretty much solo. Oh well :)

Ugh dreaded work time....
Have a nice day!

It sucks because I have such a desire to travel everywhere, but no one wants to go, or they are married, or pregnant. lol. It's that age...I just turned 27 in May and I"m so not ready for that. I am way to shy to go anywhere alone. I have to at least kind of know someone. I joined a group that went to Australia and New Zealand. I didn't really know anyone, but I was like I don't care. I HAVE to do this. So I've been lucky with traveling though. I have been to California 3 times..so I've seen San Fran, LA, and San Diego, been to the midwest like Iowa..not really my fav though. lol. I went to Alaska- highly recommend it!! I have to go back. I do want to drive there...hehe. I have some stops to make like Juneau, AK...founded by someone on my mom's side of the family. She's a Juneau. It's pretty cool. I went to Mexico with a friend after we both had bad breakups hehe. But we went to Chichen Itza which was awesome. So other than that I went to England, Ireland, and Wales. I love castles and stuff. They are gorgeous and creepy....they have that I'm haunted vibe..lol That was a trip with a high school teacher. He brought us after we graduated. Hmm...so I dont know. I really want to spend a couple weeks in Europe and country hop a bit, but I could never do that alone- but it's one of my plans for the future.

I work for the hospital in the billing dept. I just finished studying medical coding- I know sounds lame, but it's cool. I have to take an exam to become certfied. Well, lets say I have to retake it. I failed one section...but passed the other two. So annoying! I bill for the emergency dept. which is wicked cool because I love reading what strange things people do. heh I get some good reads!! 2 words.. foreign body.. lol. those are the funniest.

Man I hope I didn't bore you to death with that. I'm in the middle of paying bills and IMing so I keep loosing track of where I am..so if sentences are missing I am sorry...heh.

I have more to say, but I have too muc

That's cool. I wish I had the guts to pack up and move like that. I drove from VT to San Fran a few years ago with my sister when she was moving out there, but we had to go cross country in 4.5 days....so how much fun was that really? It was cool to see the country, but I'd like to do it again and make it a little more exciting.
I bet that was a crazy experience!! How long have you been in NY?
Yeah, I'm adopted so basically at two weeks old I was adopted into my family who had just moved to VT...so this is where I have stayed. I like it. It's beautiful and as long as I can go away and travel, I'm good. I just don't know enough people who actually like to go away or just drive somewhere random. That just made me want to go on a road trip. Too bad I have something called a job and gas prices are still too high...otherwise..lol...
I just got back from a huge trip and I'm so ready to leave again :)
Do you have job there and stuff? Sorry I write a lot

Yeah, I have lots of family an hour north of NYC so whenever I drive there I have to go through some small towns in VT and NY...it's sooo boring, but then when I hit Saratoga, I'm like yay, finally! The ride is much better after that. Probably because I've been on the thruway for a bit and there are other cars.....lol.
I got off in Saratoga once. It is a nice area. What brought you to NY from Missouri?
