About Me:

We have to create culture, don't watch TV, don't read magazines, don't even listen to NPR, create your own roadshow. The nexus of space and time where you are now is the most immediate sector of your universe, and if you're worrying about Michael Jackson or Bill Clinton or somebody else, then you are disempowered, your giving it all away to icons, icons which are maintained by an electronic media so that you want to dress like X or have lips like Y. This is shit-brained, this kind of thinking. That is all cultural diversion, and what is real is you and your friends and your associations, your highs, your orgasms, your hopes, your plans, your fears. And we are told 'no', we're unimportant, we're peripheral. 'Get a degree, get a job, get a this, get a that.' And then you're a player, you don't want to even play in that game. You want to reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash that's being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world.

EXPRESSION

19 years of age, spends most of it's time alone. Against egotistic domination. Believes in true self.

Since I was a child I have been obsessed with history, traveling, cultures, and writing. I believe that for the most part people tend to know themselves most thoroughly in childhood, and spend the rest of adults hood trying to find that again. Trying on different identities like garb. clothing. a coat. Identity can be really fun, that and trends, and being young. But i try my hardest not to take any of that too seriously.

I am one for substance. The core, "defenders of the real". Genuine beings, and feelings. I play the devils advocate with myself and my thoughts often, and try to realize that of which I critically analyze in someone else, is probably in me too.

I never want to rust. I need constant progress. I will not sacrifice my identity for society.

Only dead fish go with the flow.

Anyone really. Objectively I could probably be seen usually pretty reclusive and exclusive, but on the inside in my internal universe. I have always seen myself as a pretty outward launching person. I really want to plug in with as many others as possible, all outlets, light me up. Igniting connection. collective consciousness. You digg? We need to see each other less seperately. And use the mediums we have, like language. Without corrupting it, and tainting it. Just be direct, open, not shy.

all of which is advice to myself.

Interests, Hobbies, etc.:

Reading, walking 4 miles home from work, stairing at the moon and that one star directly to the left of it. Did you look at that tonight too stranger? Maybe at the same time? Did you also think about how the moon is so not something external of you? Oh the anchient wonders.
My hobbbies are thinking, sitting and playing with thoughts. Thought engineer. Reading, painting with oils, doodleing, danceing in my room, music, not going to work, the library, riding bikes, learning, talking, laughing, fall, salvation army, writing poetry, stories, journal entries,

existentialism, transcendentalism, music, freeloading, wit, blunt, cynic, youth, nostelgia, infinite belief systems, nothing finite, structureless but organized, quantum physics, stoic, healing crystals, Meditation, sacred geometry, progress, dancing (preferably at the gazebo), ronpaul, mybike which is no longer in my possession, conceptual magic, live tunes, debating, arguing, history patterns, health, shamanic healings, progress, progress, progress, connecting with others, interactions, culture, psychology, anthropology,.. other ologys, i mean, you know, the good ones.

Favorite Quotes:

"Ego is a structure that is erected by a neurotic individual who is a member of a neurotic culture against the facts of the matter. And culture, which we put on like an overcoat, is the collectivized consensus about what sort of neurotic behaviors are acceptable."

"The reason why we have failed for thousands of years to conquer these archetypal rulers permanently, is because for thousands of years we have been fighting the symptoms of an illness and not the root cause. For every corrupt government that falls at the hands of a revolutionary oppressed people, two more will rise in its place every time. Because the root cause of a corrupt government does not exist in the individual leading that government. It exists within the psyche of every individual because an unaware host to a deadly parasite will do anything to avoid accepting his own incapacity for freedom. "
there is not a scape goat, the root is in our filthy egos.

Cancer begins with a group of cells within a community that failed to communicate with the conscious signal of the organism. Those cells begin to grow out of control and spread to other areas of the organism. This very disease is evident in our world today. The cancer upon our Earth is the domination of our false ego and our divorce from nature. Collectively among every human, vanity leads to segregation and competition. Competition leads to fear and greed. Greed leads to deceit and immorality. And immorality is the breeding ground for illness, waging war on our Earth. Every act of hatred and destructiveness in our world begins with self hate and self destructiveness, and that all begins with a breakdown of communication.
blame the insecurities, greed, etc.

I was kind of all over the place really, a coast-to-coast thing. Michigan looks nice, I didn't go there though. The closest I got was probably Cleveland, or Chicago. They were both nice. Chicago probably moreso.

Shame about the English flag, there's obviously not enough respect for your Atlantic neighbours. You should stick another one up, just to make a point.

Hey, thanks for stopping by! You got some funny pics yourself. How is life in Michigan? Been there twice, in Escanaba, so I'm really curious to hear :) Liked your profile, by the way. You have some own ideas, that's good. How goes it with Icelandic?? Take care and have a smashing weekend!

I'm very well thanks, and life here is... pretty English. That's just how I like it though, so all is good. How is the grand old US? I was there only a couple of months ago, and I had a very good time.

Many thoughts go through my mind, but most are surpressed.  Currently it's what to do with this surfeit of potatoes and onions from the garden.
