Heyya!

I think I should present myself in here. So what should I say 'about me'?

As you might've read yet, my name is Verena and I'm 20 years old. I live in Germany (although I'm spending 3 months in England atm) in a small town.

I can be quite weird sometimes, but well, I suppose that's what's making life fun!
I love to meet new people, that's probably why I'm here. I love writing emails, and even more snail mail! I'm very interested in learning languages, I speak English and German fluid, Spanish quite well I'd say (I spent 2 months on Spain in 2007) and I understand French when I read it, but I remember too little to speak it. I'm going to start to learn a little finnish now, too. I was in Finland in March for about 2 weeks and I really want to go there and see my friend again - and understand a bit more going to a supermarket or something ;)

I am quite shy when you get to know me, but if you know me, and I know you, I think I am a quite nice person, maybe bit different from others. But the world would be boring if everybody was the same!

What else do I like then? I like to watch movies and listen to music. I love to travel a lot, have nice parties or just to have a relaxed evening at home. I like shopping, too :P Even though sometimes I just wonder about the silly looking clothes in the shops xD

I am looking for nice people around my age ( 18 to 24 or something). It doesn't matter where you're coming from.

I would like to write e-mails or snail mail. Or just chatting over messenger maybe. But I prefer snail mail - definetly.

Of course it would be nice if you have the same interests like me, but that's not too important, I think ppl can get along well with each other even if they don't have the same interests.

...English: Just to talk ;) Learnt it 10 years at school, been to UK 3 times now, once for 3 months.

...Spanish: Because I really need to practice it. Since I came back from Spain (Sept. and Oct. 2007) I didn't get the chance to talk or write a lot in Spanish.

...Finnish: Because I just started to learn it.
