Hiya, my name's Sofie, I'm 22 and I live in Belgium (in the Dutch speaking part of the country).

I love music. I play piano and guitar, and I recently started playing drums too. I love watching films, reading, and writing songs and stories.

I'm always laughing, easily amused, and I'm generally a happy person. I can be shy but once I get to know people I open up. I'm a dreamer and I have the attention span of a spoon.

My friends and family are important to me. I love travelling and I hope to see every part of the world someday, especially Canada and Australia. I just got my BA in English and Dutch Linguistics & Literature at uni. This year I'm doing a MA in Business Communicatio​n French and English.

I'd love to get to know people from all over the world. Far away countries intrigue me, and I'm especially interested in Canada, the US, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. (but if you're from anywhere else, that's okay too of course!)

At the moment I'm looking for people who want to write with me in FRENCH: I used to be quite fluent but I haven't spoken it in 4 years. I'm studying it again now, so I'm looking for someone I can practice with. :)

I can appreciate most kinds of music really. Except for techno and the likes, of course. That just hurts my ears.
