About Me:
Well, my name is Joshua Savoy, but my friends call me: Ducky, Polar Bear, Skinnytwin, Thintwin, Sintwin, Sir Joshua Of Metal, and a few others. I get nicknames from pretty much everyone I meet, so if you have one, go ahead with it. I'm a pretty down-to-earth guy, but I'm also super random/shy/spontaneous/fun. I'm about 6 foot, dark brown hair, eyes hare a bit of every color in them, have a slight beard. I'm not very good at describing myself in words, so this is the end of that. Oh yeah, I'm a newly renounced Buddhist, and if you don't like that, don't talk to me.
Oh yeah, not to fond of the government. ANONYMOUS IS LEGION!!!

Requests:
I don't really care what your age/religion/gender/race is, or where you are from, I'll talk to you if you talk to me. I'm interested in learning anything and everything hahaha. I'm absolutely obsessed with learning about different cultures, religions, beliefs...hell, everything. I just want to get to know more people.
Interests, Hobbies, etc.:
Well, my only hobby: I'm a musician. I've been playing music for about 3 and a half years, but I play guitar at a 7 year level, so I'm AWESOME lulz. My main instrument is guitar, but I'll play anything I can get my hands on. I play guitar, drums (or at least I know the basics), bass, piano, trombone, trumpet, and I sang for my school choir.
Favorite Music:
Oh Jesus. I absolutely LOVE metal: death, thrash, speed, doom, black, breakbeat, technical, progressive, southern. I love it all. I've been a metalhead for11 years, since I was in the 3rd grade (lulz metal recruited me early haha). Some of my bands of choice: OPETH, Between The Buried And Me, Born Of Osiris, Beneath The Massacre, The Faceless, Job For A Cowboy, All Shall Perish, Baroness, Symphony X, Suicide Silence, Horse The Band, King Crimson, Boards Of Canada, Meshuggah, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, The Black Dahlia Murder, Darkest Hour, Decapitated, MGMT, Jeff Loomis, Guthrie Govan, Glass Casket, Baroness, and Nevermore. The list can go on, but that's what I listen to on a daily basis. I also listen to classical (Beethoven, Mozart, Debbausy, Chopin, Gershwin, Yo Yo Ma, Tchaikovsky, etc...), jazz, electronica, and acid jazz. MUSIC = LIFE hahaha

Favorite Movies:
I love movies, PERIOD!!! My mother has worked in a video store, and I had to watch the "new releases" to rate them and tell her if there was nudity/provocative language/violence. Some of the best films ever created: V For Vendetta, 300, Spirited Away, Equilibrium, Evan Almighty, Dumb And Dumber, Iron Man, OLDBOY, The DaVinci Code, Crank, Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy, Halfbaked, and A Beautiful Mind.
Favorite TV Shows:
Family Guy, Robot Chicken, America's Best Dance Crew, Still Standing, Reba, South Park, and Futurama. (Don't watch a whole lot of television.)
Favorite Books:
Egh, not much of a reader. I can tell you now; best book in existence is Swan Song by Robert McCammon. That book is absolutely beautiful. I'm also a huge Dean Koontz fan: Intensity, The Door To December, Cold Fire, Velocity...most of his books are fantastic haha. I also enjoy the laughs I get from reading Maddox's "The Alphabet Of Manliness" and Tucker Max's "I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell".
Favorite Quotes:
"When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace". -Jimi Hendrix
"Without music, life would be a mistake." – Friedrich Nietzsche
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
-- Frank Outlaw
Giving up doesn't always mean you are weak … sometimes it means that you are strong enough to let go
