About Me:
Well I'm from Salem, OR...though when I travel I usually tell strangers I am from Portland or San Francisco since I love those cities, and nobody has heard of Salem. Though its the capitol of Oregon. Born and raised here, though I love to travel. I've been to Japan and Germany so far; with an eye on China, Greece, Ireland, Australia, and an interest in much of Southeast Asia. Lol.
I love to work out and am kind of using myself as my science experiment to see if I can manipulate factors like healing rate and nutrition. I am a reasonably good cook, working on it. I like to try things from all around the world and would definitely like to learn any recipes anybody feels like sharing.
I'm currently in college full time, even this summer. Haha. Get ahead of the game a little bit on my Nutritional Anthropology degree, which is actually why I am creating this. I want to increase my knowledge of other cultures from the ground level, particularily what they eat, how they live, what makes them unique. Hopefully I can use my degree to help people live better, healthier, and longer lives.

Yeah, but let's not overestimate things! The road to diplomacy is pretty long and things aren't easy these days... let's focus on studying and growing!

After graduating (and 'specializing' - hmm it's not a word...) I intend to apply to public test to get to the diplomats academy (Instituto Rio Branco, as we call it here). Working for the government is an attractive possibility, but the good part is that this performance area is opened to many other fields, so if things turn to the private corporations, why not try 'em?

Egg-in-the-hole?it sounds easy and delicious.I'll try this if my mom's not home oneday.You must feel that i'm useless :P Octopus?with bread?Hard to imagine...In Taiwan,we often drink soy bean milk or milk tea,sometimes black tea for breakfast.It depands,somebody drinks coffe as well.Personally,i like to eat western food ,like bread or pancake if i'm not in a rush to school.While most of my friend like to eat "egg cake"i don't know exactly what's the english name.My mom always flatten the pasta and put it in oiled pan,and heat it up until it seems eatable and then crack an egg.haha,i can't teach you the detail cause i can't cook unless the pasta is bought from a supermarket.OH~REMEMBER TO PUT SOME GREEN ONION IN THE PASTA.sounds strange right?Have you ever eaten this kind of food?In fact,many asian food is made by this kind of pasta but with different stuff inside.
Oh yeah~I would like to learn some cooking skill.Of course my mom is a great cook.But I don't like to stay in kitchen and endure the heat for a long time.As you know chinese kitchen is always hot and boring.After going to college,i must have to eat out or buy some canned food.That seems my miserable life would come back again.I do want to stay fit.Actually,my BMI is 19 right now.I think it would be better to remain at 18 cause I used to be like that.What do you think?Is that normal?
Black belt in Tae Kwon Do???Pretty cool!!western people study martial art?It's useful.I begged my mom for learning Judo but she refused me cause she thought that girls shouldn't learn this.She asked me to dance ballet,but i thought that's not suitable for me lol.
I started to paly basketball when i was in second grade of senior high.but i picked it up quickly,and gradually became the leader of my team lol:P My position is

Man, what I like about Greece? I pretty much believe I like everything, since its history - I'm fan of Alexander the Great - to the culinary, their architecture, the arts and the literature. I hope to get to Greece ONCE in my lifetime - and to take a cruise around the Mediterranean, WOW, that'd be really amazing!

I got a severe headace and sore body today.Only my fingers can move without pain :P It's hard for me to read and write cause i'm almost unconcious.I do view some of the websites you recommand.I'll talk to your maybe tomorrow as soon as I recover.Maybe my illness is related to the deficiency of nutritions.
I ate junk food in order to save more time for studying before my entrance exam during the past year.So i'm too weak to withstand those virus XD.MY headache is worse and worse right now.I gotta go,cya:)
