Thank you loads for the compliment! :)

Yes, I think they should re-release all the classic old Hollywood movies like Casablanca and Gone With the Wind [One of Eva Braun's favourite films!]. They're definitely the best-quality films and everyone pretty much agrees on it. Even Stalin liked the American Western movies!!!!

Alfred Hitchcock is one of the most talented directors to have lived. His films are truly magnificent. And yes, Ingrid is very beautiful, but Marlene was also a talented actress!

Yes, I'd love to keep on corresponding! You're one of the few people around here who can really have a conversation! :)

Have a nice weekend as well,
-Christelle

Yes, this is true. I would hope that we are still living there too, since it would signify the coming age of Enlightenment. In a way, I suppose this is the Dark Age for us as a society. We have grown stupid beyond anything else because of all the inane and utterly worthless garbage which the media spews out on a daily basis.

Not being like others is absolutely horrific. I am disliked by them because I am different from them and they feel threatened by a force which does not match them. I am disregarded by those with whom I would get along because of my age. It is horribly lonely, to paint it honestly. At least I have my books. They alone are the comfort of my existence on this planet.

Yes, Casablanca, with Ingrid Bergman! She's one of the most beautiful actresses in the old silver screen!

I love classical music because it stimulates the mind in its profound expression. It is a work of genius and I can only humbly admire the likes of Beethoven for having the tremendous talent to compose such a vast number of masterpieces in one lifetime.

As for my art, I'm a self-taught amateur, so it's not too good. I do it for the love of it. I would hate to have it be a job. Anyway, here are some links to some of my stuff, all regarding literature:

Good, we're on the same page, then. I don't believe in much of anything because no evidence points to it at all. I am open to ideas, however, and don't want to state concretely that there is or isn't something of which I haven't the slightest idea.

Yes, I do love Marlene! I also like the WWII German marching songs and the USSR songs too! I am a great lover of folk music and world music. I also like Wagner and Mozart, but Beethoven and Tchaikovsky have special places in my heart.

Well, I don't consider myself to be mentally 17. I call it an unfortunate circumstance.

Yes, it is mean. I'll get one someday, though. For the mean time, I have my art! :)

Well, I didn't mean they really hated me. But they don't love me enough to buy me that kinda thing.

Yes, do let me know!

Quakerland= Pennsylvania. No, I am not a Quaker. I call it Quakerland because its founder, William Penn, was a Quaker.

I don't believe in anything in particular, I suppose you could consider me an agnostic. As far as our age gap, I also love Marlene Dietrich! ;D

Yes, they work, but they hate me. So I haven't got one :p

Aaaah! You're horrid! I'm über-jealous now! You get to go to London AND see someone who knew MJ!!! All the while I'm stuck in Quakerland!

I love all his stuff, but my favourites are the ones he did from Bad all the way up to Invincible. My favourite MJ album is HIStory, though.

Oooh! Lucky! I wish I could go to London! It's one of my favourite cities in the world!

I don't have one because I can't afford one. xD

I know people who have really good ones, some of whom are family members, but they never let me borrow them!
