Hi :) I am from Berlin and now I am working at the university as researcher and instructor of Japanese studies. I am also teaching Japanese language this year. I hope my students always like me ;) I've spent a long time in Japan and I like Asia very much, but I am also interested in other countries. In the past I have been doing comedy, working for film festivals or artists. I love literature and culture very much.
Since I am living in Berlin the ocean is very far away so don't send me a message in a bottle - I probaly won't be able to get it. Just send me a message here, okay?

I am interested in humor, so tell me what you like to laugh about, what is a typical joke in your country, what traditions of humorous performance do you have, who is a famous comedian there etc :-) I would be very curious to hear about it!

And I am also a bit short on money at the moment, so it would be pretty swell if one of those dictator-wid​ows or cheesy bank-bosses who want to use my bank account for secretly transfering a big amount of money could show up :o)

I prefer not getting mails form the Rolling Stones if they want to trash my living room!

This year my favourite so far was "Dai Nipponjin"​ (The Great Japanese) by Hitoshi Matsumoto! Absolutely brilliant crazy fascinating and funny film!
