Me, 37 year old Scots lassie living down in England doing my best NOT to blend in.  Haven't acted my age in years and have no intention of doing so in the near future.

Love to chat to (just about) anyone - email or snail mail.  Particularly​ interested in Italians as I am currently learning to speak Italian at night classes, so need lots of practise!

Please no requests for money or romance.  I am happily involved with someone and am not looking for anything else other than friendship via snail or email.

Love being outdoors. Camping, walking, hiking.  My best love (other than my boyfriend) is my motorbike - can't wait for the British weather to get better so I can get out and about.  But don't tell the my parents, as they don't know that I have one yet!!!  Also I make cards and enjoy scrapbooking​ when I get the time.

Love most kinds of music, except boy bands, girl bands, manufactured​ tosh.  Am a true child of the 80's when it comes to music.  Huge fan of Def Leppard, A-ha , ELO, G'n'R, REO Speedwagon, James Taylor Quartet and several Scottish bands, including Runrig and Teenage FanClub.  Can also be persuaded to listen to a bit of opera and am a closet G&S fan.

Big fan of horror films, current favs are Hostel and Saw, but love the traditional Hammer Horror films.  Love thrillers and some comedies and will watch the original animated Disney films all day long given the chance.  Finding Nemo is a new fav of mine now.   No time for chick flics.

Not a big TV fan, but watch CSI, House, Numbers and any Sherlock Holmes films that come on.

Love horror, particularly​ Dean Koontz, and the Hercule Poirot novels of Agatha Christie.  Sherlock Holmes is always somewhere about the house.  But will give anything a read to be honest.
