It's not easy to describe myself because I'm sure I'll forget something important. That's one thing I can say, I'm pretty forgetful (but memorizing names and birthdays works, strangely enough).

Some random facts about me:

*I consider myself being open-minded with a sense of humour (some people call it sick and morbid, though...but​ since I don't want to shock everybody I try to put myself together ).

*I'm impatient, clumsy, disorganized​ and messy...well​, mostly I'm just out of it. And I'm really bad at making decisions.

*To my regret, I'm easily annoyed (so you better watch out *g*). Life would be a lot easier if I was more laid-back...​

*I'm interested in many things, too many probably. I think there's so much to discover in this world!

*I'm a daydreamer and a lone wolf - well, sort of. I really love my friends and always try to support them because they are an important part of my life. But I like to be on my own as well.

*I'm very enterprising​ and love to share my experiences with others.

*I can't stand fast food any more since I spent two and a half months in the USA last year

*I like it to sleep on my belly

*I couldn't survive one day without chocolate

*I'm a perfect cross between country bumkin and city slicker

*I hate being on the phone. And listening to other people when they are on the phone

*Food that I hate: walnuts, lemon ice cream, frozen pizza and licorice

*I'm selfish and self-centere​d which you can tell by the fact most of the  previous sentences start with "I"

What else...? I hate snow, I only eat the red gummy bears and I would love to have a scorpion as a pet.

And I desperately miss Maui!!! ._.

I'd like to meet people from all over the world because I'm curious about what it's like to live in another country. I love long letters, so I'd prefer snail​ mail.​ But if you're more into emails for some reason that's okay for me, too.

*​NO romance and flirting!​​ I'm very happily together with my boyfriend and I will definitely not reply to such messages.

*No messages like "Hi, how are you". I want to have a real conversation​ so it would be helpful if you had a little more to say :)

*No copy and paste-messag​es. You should refer to my profile and my person at least a little bit - so I know you are interested in me​ and not only looking for just anybody no matter who it is. I'm giving much information here about me, it can't be so difficult to find something you can talk about :-)

*Please write in decent English - sentences like "how r u" or "whutz up" are giving me the creeps, honestly.

*No profiles with no or few information in it and without a picture :-( I'd like to get an idea of who you are before I talk to you!

*I have chosen in my privacy settings to not receive friends requests. I'm tired of receiving friends requests from people I don't know at all. If we have talked and get along I will be happy to add you!

I'm​ not a friends collector and I don't want to have countless superficial contacts. So I can't promise to reply to your message - but I'll do it when I get the feeling we are on the same wavelength! Well, probably not at once...I always think twice before contacting someone! My all time favourites are "Dracula"​ by Bram Stoker and "Middlesex"​ by Jeffrey Eugenides but there are a lot of more books I love.
I like fantasy, crime, travelogues.​..
Some of my favourite authors are Akif Pirincci, Eoin Colfer, Cornelia Funke, Walter Moers, Wolf Haas, Minette Walters, Sophie Kinsella, Wladimir Kaminer and Sue Townsend.
