TLDR:A Human flag is a uncommon physical chalenge. The flagger will put his arms in a ''Y'' Position and tightly grip a vertical bar with theyr hands. after, he will use his Abs/Back muscle to elevate the rest of his body.
The end result is someone grabing a vertical poles and doing a 90 degree angle. Like parallel to the ground in the air. :)
