Howdy there ya'll.
My name is Dayletta, I am a 20 year old female that lives in Rockford, IL I currently have a pen pal in Germany, the United Kingdom, Thiland, Canada, and the United States.... I may be from up north but you will not find a more southern gal anywhere. No, none of my family is from the south and I've never been there but i have the great accent haha, got alil twang to my tawk :P I love the outdoors and anything to do with cars. nascar, pinks, mostly anything with wheels. I love to cook and read, do some poetry when i am in the mood for it. Even thuh my interests seem "tom boyish" I dress really feminine and girly. I have very good manners and hospitality.

I live a good distance from my family, but I have friends that have extended invites. I guess it just depends on how I feel when I wake up. For these kinds of holidays I usually just spend the majority of the day on the phone with friends and family. After that I'm usually not hungry. Throw in a football game somewhere and that's my day. I haven't had a Thanksgiving with my family in 7 years. It was easy when I was in college because a friend of mine and his wife would invite over 7-10 wayward students and have a dinner for all of us. You can't be much of a stranger in a room full of strangers. Ironically, we all had being a stranger in common. Now, if I go over to a friends house I feel like the only stranger. It's a subtle difference but it's also a gnawing awkwardness that persists throughout the day. It's cool that you enjoy being around your boyfriend's family so much. And Friday Thanksgiving dinner is just as good and Thursday, right?
Well, she means well. I think. I don't really have any holiday plans. I figured I'd wing it when I woke up tomorrow. I'm sorry to hear about your boyfriend being away. It also sucks that you can't sleep. Are you having a big family meal?

WEll i dont have many plans this weekend as i am trying to save up for ,my week away to NYC and i wnat to really enjoymyself so that involves saving up as much as i possibly can.

I am good i guess. Been busy getting ready to come to the states, I am going to new york on my own in 3 weeks time to sight see. I am stying with a friend but how cool is that?
