Hi, I'm Cate ~ Good to meet you! :-)

I love nature, animals, family, friends and the arts. I work as a portrait artist.I especially love horses and dogs and enjoy riding and walking.

I'm listed in Southampton as that's the closest city listed to where I live which is actually an island between England and France ~ Jersey, which is part of the Channel Islands, UK. It's a tiny place but with a beautiful coastline and countryside and lots happening in a small area. Still, it's great to travel and learn about new places. As commitments at home and work mean I do not travel as much as I'd like at the moment, it's good to meet new friends online from different backgrounds and cultures.

Bones, Cold Case, Greys Anatomy, Casualty, Ghost Whisperer, Tru Calling....a​nd dare I say it, Buffy! ..... also, just about anything on Sky's Animal Planet ....classics​ of British Comedy ~ Monty Python, Little Britain, Fawlty Towers.

Books by Anne Rice, James Herbert & Stephn King are current favorites...​.but also Khalil Gibran's writings, Robin Sharma and other inspirationa​l writers are favorites too.Anything​ magickal and mystical and connected with the paranormal.
