I always loved travelling and meeting new people, getting new ideas, widening my horizons.
Now that I'm married, with kids, pets and a mortgage I don't get to do much of that. But maybe this way I can get to know people through their everyday lives. I'd love to hear from people that love their country - whether of origin or choice.
No matter what age, gender, nationality,​ convictions - I'm fairly tolerant of most things (but maybe haven't been tested to my limits yet? - who knows...)

Looking for penpals from all over the world and all walks of life. Women and men alike. I like to get to know the everyday life of people in other places. I want to take a genuine interest but it doesn't mean a letter a week. I have friends that I only ever hear from once a year with a long letter and that's ok too. I don't like pressure but it's nice to feel that you can share anything you like.

I loved Norway, completely fell in love with the language. But Norwegian completely overwrote my  French and now even my Norwegian is getting rusty. Any help with that would be appreciated.​
My grammar in both languages is appaling and it would be a long, long process as I haven't got much time on a regular basis. But when I'm interested in the other person it makes it easier to persevere.
