I'm an athletic bookworm! I love teamsports and keeping fit but I also love to read and especially send and receive mail! A big fan of history, would love to tour the world in all its historical aspects!
I'd like to think I'm an uncomplicate​d person but that would be a contradictio​n of terms. I'd also like to think that I'm your average complicated person but that says it all. I'm interesting/​not interesting depending on your own tastes and I'm funny/not funny if you're into that too.
What else is there to say? I am learning Cambodian because I sponsor a child through World Vision there and she has been berating me to write to her in her language. I have my own son who is 2 years old and is learning sign language. As NZ is one of only a few countries in the world that isn't billingual, I have been teaching him and myself different languages while its still easy for him to learn!
I guess what I really want from this is friendships that would be as true as friendships could be when you live on an isloated island at the bottom of the world, kilometers from you! I want to be able to have a good conversation​ with someone about anything and everything. But thats me, now; the ball is in your court... so to speak.

I am looking for friends from all around the world, any age, shape or form who will be a dedicated penpal for me! NO ROMANCE THANKS! I have a significant other! No scammers either please, I'm getting sick of people who want to marry me. But I do love making new friends and learning new languages! But if you have questions, I'll be happy to answer them as best I can! Also, history buffs, do please visit and chat!
