Do you have a phone contract? If so, call the Call Centre - it will be a free number im sure, speak to them in English about your Phone Reception being poor in your area. Speak to them and try to expand your vocabulary. If you need to call a USA call Centre and enquire about a new product - discuss it.. and again it will Help you. Of course you will not be buying anything, but it will help your English :)

I do have Skype but not available right now. We can do this another time. Your accent should be easy to work on. Its just a matter of speaking to me for a while, and regular. The more English you speak the better you will get at it. I also suggest you call CALL CENTRES and speak to them about random issues. Its a good start too
