I am so sorry for your grandmother.​.. I know how it feels to loose a grandparent and I share your pain.
My visit to the UK was awesome. It was really short, but I really enjoyed my time. I was really good seeing my friends again. We went out to Windsor and also had a walk in London, looking at the Christmas decorations.​ We also had wonderful waffles ! :)
I'm really excited for Christmas too. Not about the presents, I don't really care about them (I mean, they do please me, but it's not what's most important). I love the spirit of Christmas, the lights, the love, and all.

I haven't had any energy lately either. I just wish I could stay in bed for like two days haha. I caught a cold (because those bloody trains are always late and I had to wait in the cold on the platform...)​

You can spell, and use grammar, and put together sentences in interesting ways - I can already tell these things. I can tell that you're intelligent - so don't doubt yourself! :)

Pushing Daisies is about this guy who has the power to bring dead things - like people - back from the dead by touching them, though if he touches them again, they're dead forever. One problem though - he's in love with a girl he brought back to life, but they can't kiss or...well, you get the idea. It's kind of a dark comedy show. I have antennae at my house, but only my grandparents​ have cable. Which isn't too bad, considering they live right across the street. :) Oh, sorry to hear you don't know anyone. :( But I'm sure you'll make friends soon!

My day today is going well so far. My computer at home doesn't have internet either, so right now I'm using a computer at my college library, haha.
