                                    Benefit of laughing



I believe some benefit a good laugh still is shrouded in mist of mystery.A benefit of laugh should be useful as a medicine for today's life that is more stressful.We​ need laughter for being healthy and more confident. I am a single father of two who is 6.2ft or 186cm by nature and am athletic in shape.I never smoke or drink(Just 5 times!!!)I am 48 years that feel half when I love sports. I will try to improve myself for being good as I can be.

Unfortunatel​y,I finished my relationship​ in some unhappy time that made me sad and depressed Since that ,I have no plan to get a new marriage certificatio​n. I wish to find some few friends who are known  about real benefit of friendship not looking for other issue to mix in.I have simple life and am  not a rich man. I would like to have a nice friendship that we talk about any issue that is interested for us to share our opinion to find our new experience about that.A nice woman who is in need to be  happy and looking for fun in her life.
