Also mechanical one that have been widely developed here for last 80 years. But you know, it's all 20th century, before Perm was definitely n.1.
Why did you come to Yekaterinburg so often? :):):)
I actually have been two times to Perm too. Once visited also Kungur with all its curiosities, it was a school trip. Really liked the atmosphere in Perm, very warm. And your opera theatre is so beautiful and modern!

You chose the right word "ambitious", and all these ambitions unfortunately don't correspond to the city's forces. Especially when it comes to infrastructure. Then subway problem. In sum, we have enough:( As for historical competition, I think Yekaterinburg got further because industry, especially metallurgical one.

Hello Lisa, how's that trying to live your life working out for you?

On a side note, I've must of watched October Sky about 30 times, I don't know what it is about it but it just makes me feel happy and invigorates me to go out and do something.
